  If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items.

  We will review your request and verify the batch information to determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate based on our quality standards.

  For non-food items like beeswax candles or skincare, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the unused product in its original packaging.

  Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement within 3-5 business days.
