Is your honey raw and unfiltered?

Yes, our honey is 100% raw and gently strained to remove large debris while keeping all the natural pollen and beneficial enzymes intact.

What should I do if my honey has crystallized?

Crystallization is a natural process of pure honey. To return it to a liquid state, simply place the jar in a warm water bath; do not microwave as high heat destroys the natural nutrients.

How long does shipping take?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States to ensure our glass jars and delicate food items arrive safely and fresh.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on honey or food products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Are your beeswax candles 100% pure?

Absolutely. Our candles are hand-poured using 100% pure beeswax from our hives, featuring cotton wicks and no synthetic fragrances or paraffin.
